Animation: Gas Station

Hello. I need a short animation that is basically a timelapse from the 50's until today. The message I want to pass is that the gas price is always rising. So I need a modeling of a gas station and a car. The gas station must have a princing sign that shows the rising of the prices year after year. This sign must be in the foreground and the gas station in the background. The car, we need it to be changed through the timelapse. First it must be a typical car from the 50's and as the time passes by, the car gets more modern. However the focus must be on the sign. In attachment there is a draw of what I think this should be done. There's no need fo a full storyboard because it's not a restrictive project. You're free to design the gas station and the car at your own will. This must be a short animation, from 10 to 15 seconds, only one shot a few frames. I don't need anything too much detailed. This is because I represent a start-up and our budget is very low so I don't expect anything amazing. If possible, the camera should have a little side movement so the video doesn't get too boring. It doesn't to be 3D, it could be 2D. I don't mind. I accept any sample. I have created thread with the same project from another account, however for some reason I'm having trouble loggin in, so here it goes. Thanks in advance.
