I can do this very fast in a flash - (if you do not mind me using blender) and can have rigged legit in a day. I am sorry my videos are not working in my portfolio but if you give me a chance (you are only paying 23 usd) I can have this boy rigged if you are not too picky on details. Need to know poly count and age of boy as well as ethnicity and rough overview of clothes and hair.
