Research Questionnaire & Consulting Project

Create a research questionnaire and analyse/report the results. The actual research, interviews and survey will NOT be required. The research should preferably be web questionnaire based followed by selected phone interviews. The respondent size is approximately 500. The project involves a newly developed micro-city and residential properties within the city. The target audiences are: 1. People living outside but near the new micro-city 2. People living within the micro-city 3. People who have bought residential properties in the micro-city The key areas of research are: 1. Brand and perception of the city – to understand the following: A. The impression of already determined brand impressions. What the consumers think are the elements that such a brand position should have and what such a brand position mean to them. B. What are the elements that they think also exist in the micro-city. C. What are the elements (existing in the city or otherwise) that are of value to them. 2. General demographics, lifestyle, behaviours and preferences of the people who live in or have bought residential properties in the micro-city. 3. Buying Behaviour Journey of the people who have bought residential properties within the city. From (1) Need Realisation, (2) Search for Options, (3) Evaluation and (4) Purchase Process. 4. Media impression of the people living outside but near the new micro-city. From which ATL media did they learn about the city, what are the elements within the media that attracted them. Basically to find out about the results of the media placement employed so far. The freelancer must be credible academic and professional qualifications and experience in research and be able to substantiate such qualifications and experience in a resume.
