Build a Website in Ruby and deploy in Heroku

I am bidding very low because I am finding that getting new jobs on this website without having done many jobs is very hard, so I want to get a few jobs under my belt at low rates to boost my reputation. I am experienced with Ruby on Rails, though I learned it recently.
