Building links

We are looking for 20 links/country to a site selling ink/cartridg in UK, FR, ES and IT. RULES 1. Local links in UK, with UK IP-number, links in FR, with FR IP-number etc... 2. Each link different in achor text, lenght to differnt parts of the site (focus on index). 3. Positive if the link is high up and to the left on the site 4. the words sponsored, ads, or advertisements or similar cant be on link or post link 5. MUST BE PERMANENT and NEVER expire – we have an auto link checker 6. links must lead directly to the website – no redirects, javascript etc… 7. One link per site 8. Page URL that the link is on MUST be Cached by Google recently 9. Link home page MUST have at least a PageRank of 2 or higher WHAT TO DO: Find RELEVANT sites to ink and add relevant achor text. Follow white hat SEO practices. WHAT NOT TO DO: Post spam links, do no post several links on unrelated sites. NO blackhat javascript, framed, redirects,flash sites, automated technique I know how this all works so you will not get anything by me and I personally check the links and reserve FULL RIGHTS to deny ANY links for whatever reason PERIOD. Please provide an excel spreadsheet with links.
