Bulk Email Consultant

I need an expert on bulk email marketing to help me get set up. I opened up a VPS account with Hostgator that allows me to send an unlimited amount of emails. I need help getting it set up and recommendations on easy to use software. I will be sending emails for the following reasons: 1) Weekly newsletter with our branding to existing customer database. 2) Periodic email to database looking for guest blog opportunities. Emails need to look personalized and not look like bulk emails. 3) Periodic emails to database promoting products. Looking for software suggestions. Something allowing me to send bulk emails that look personalized as well as newsletter looking emails with our branding. My VPS account is using Plesk software so someone familiar with this software is best. I need an expert who has a proven/documented history of working with bulk email and knows all of the nuances that I don't know.
