CPA Network Landing and Thank-You Page

I am looking for someone who has developed well designed and highly converting landing pages. I will be promoting a popular liquid nutritional product in a CPA network. We will be using 1ShoppingCart as the payment engine, and would like an up-sell on the thank you page for some of the other products that we represent. ## Deliverables I have attached an example landing page. I would like to see other suggestions about landing page and thank-you pages if you have them. There will be other work for anyone who does a great job for me.
