Experience is a plus. However, for the right candidate, we will consider on-the-job training.

Job Duties:
**Make cold calls, to prospective home owners.
1.) Speak clear english, and understand sales, and follow up skills.
2.) Answer income all to company
3.) Return Missed calls to company
4.) Make cold calls, to create leads
5.) Fill out seller form, and submit me motivated sellers.
6.) Do other task like, post on FB, post on online classified ads..etc
Requirements:
-Speak english
-Have fast net to do video conference with us
-Have fast laptop or PC.
-You must be able to work full time. (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)
Salary:
We pay weekly on Mondays
****This is a monthly job, where we paying $500 a month for 160 hours a month. (40 hours a week, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day)
-There is 2 week of training/test period. For the training period, we are paying $25 a week, than if you pass the training phase, i will pay you up $500 month, plus bonus ?
