affiliate system setup

Hello, I need a reliable person to work for me to set up affiliate program for a client website. The affiliate system to be implemented is Omnistart software. The person must be able to to implement the system at a professional level, must be up to date with the legal requirements, must be able to create the texts to be implemented on the pages, etc etc I need from your side a proof that you have been doing this kind of task in the future and that you are able to finish the task successfully. It is expected from your side proposals on how to develop the system, new features to be implemented to attract more affiliates to subscribe etc etc. There will not be any escrow created at first time. I need to be sure that the person is able to finish the task. There is an urgent task and there is no time to waste. This can turn into a long term collaboration as once the set-up is done, there is need of an affiliate manager to manage all the affiliate requests, approve them, check the proper functionality of the process, manage payments etc etc Do not hesitate to ask any information you might need.
