Confirmation Listing

Individuals will sign up on-line to take a course, including testing. When they pass and are 'certified' we want to offer a page on our site where their employer/potential employer, can enter the last name, first name, city - and they will receive a confirmation number "if" a match is found. For example, I key in: Smith, David, Chicago If not there - "No Match Found" - could be displayed If there - Confirming Certificate #XXXXXXX (room for 7 characters alpha/numeric) for Smith, David, Chicago - Date Certified: XX/XX/XXXX.
