Advanced Wordpress install

We need 10 installs of Wordpress done each with the same set of plug-ins and themes. This is something we will be doing on a regular basis so we'd like to establish a long-term working relationship in the process of doing this one project. We need a Wordpress pro who could do this type of thing in his or her sleep, and who can roll this type of thing out quickly. This particular project is not very time-sensitive. Currently, our CTO set sup the Wordpress installs himself, and would do these 10 installs in a night, but we want to use his time for other things. We want someone for whom this is as easy as it is for our CTO and could roll out a dozen Wordpress installs in a day when need be.
