Build out of website with cart

I have a website that has been designed and needs to be built out (HTML would be the best option so the client can update it easily) and have a store section built out (from existing products) and a shopping cart system integrated (the client already has one set up on their existing site, need to apply that to the new site). A login area also needs to be set up in order to allow customers to access prior orders to reorder.
