C Programming code reviewer and tutor

Hi all, I'm doing a IT degree via distance studies and would like to hire a tutor. One of my subjects this semester is C programming (a beginner's class). Your tasks would include code review (i.e. reviewing the code I wrote for my assignment and give some comments and feedbacks) and answer the questions I may have, or point me to the right sites/materials where I can find the answers. My budgets is 30 USD/hour. But this is negotiable. Feel free to bid or contact me if a lower rate is fine by you or you require a higher rate given your experience. Thanks very much.
