customizing openERP 7.0 / action-button

I have added a button for example to [login to view URL] (look attached picture). the button has to execute a process. (I think it may be good idea when the name of the button corresponse to a object in ir_act_server) Your job is to start a configurable action to execute a shell-script running with parameters like this: name_of_shellscript -c context -l layoutname -p printername -o [login to view URL] layoutname and printername should bedefined in ir_act_server or similar [login to view URL] is given by context. Please excuse my horrible english
