Changes to ACCESS 2010 Application

1) I need the ability to change status on the invoice, but not change on the patient disclosure. However when we generate an invoice from the patient disclosure I need the status pass (as it does now). 2) Be able to print labels with the requester’s name, and address. This would need to be on the invoice under the address tab (See Screenshot [login to view URL]) The size of the labels are 1 1/8” x 3 ½” on a dymo label maker. 3) Need is a “void” feature for an invoice. We want to know what was voided in the event we have to go back and check on something. So this has to reflect on the reports ect. For instance when you lookup quarterly income reports you wont get the voided invoices with the paid invoices. I think this is pretty easy, because currently when you don’t mark as paid then it doesn’t show up in the reports. So on the invoice it needs to show up a s void somewhere. 4) The invoice search feature needs to include, invoice amount, invoice #, and case #. 5) We need to add financial reports that show 1) Bad Debt 2) Write off. The way that we get these two is that we add those two values under discounts on the invoice. Its always one or the other. The report needs to show all the information associated with the two values, invoice #, date, names, ect. 6) At the home screen you will see there is a report feature for the patient disclosures. Id like a report there for patient disclosures. Something printable. I’ll get the details on the fields we need. I like how we have it setup under the invoices. 7) Create a clinic specific access level. We have clinics that want to access patient disclosures but they are only allowed to see information associated with their clinic. Its illegal for them to have access to any other clinic’s info. So we need to be able to create a user that is assigned to a specific clinic. The only features they should be allowed to see is search patient disclosures and only search disclosures from the clinic they are assigned to. They also cannot edit any of the disclosures. Right now if you search the disclosures it allows you to select the clinic. That feature must disappear for this.
