I am very good in java/j2ee,struts 2, EJB and other java technologies. I have 7+ years of working experience and 2+ years in college days part time projects. Currently staying in USA and available to work at any flexible time. Modules proposal: 1) Default pages: Home page,employee login, admin login. 2) Employee login : Time sheet, work schedule , preference pages and employee directory. 3) Admin login: Tasks(Assign, Employee wise task status), Employees (Complete employee information portlet, vacation management portlet, billing management portlet), Analytics (High chart APIs - All business metrics in the form of various charts with excel export option) Architecture: UI: Struts 2, Jquery, ajax, Spring(optional) Integration: Java, [EJB, Apache Camel, CXF, Hibenrate/OpenJPA - OPTIONALS] Reports: High chart API. My approach: 1) Finalize domain data or DB table structure. Draw complete data to be used and technology components going to be used using UML tools. 2) Move on to agile model and each iterations have set of modules to be delivered. 3) Each iteration will be reviewed periodically with client to make sure the requirement of the project is sync with developing modules. I am open to client expected business models as well. I have few basic UI templates/themes once you confirm the project I will showcase the details.
