The programmer and software engineer plan to base the system over a python platform that would allow the system to both be suitable for android OS and IOS. This platform would also allow for a level of stability and efficiency that other programming languages may not be able to guarantee. They also propose to integrate the use of an existing universally accepted GPS system and a tracking device software to keep track of the locations of all the companies’ vehicles. The system will allow for the automatic calculation of fees based on expected mileage and standard company fees.
