Bigcommerce Stock Ordering App

We currently run a Bigcommerce store (a few of them) - we want to write an app that can run from the data in Bigcommerce to help with our ordering process. This App would do the following: Show unit sales per supplier in a snap shot, breaking down months unit sales for the last 12 months and 6 months. It will allow you to fill in a field for the number of units to order (or even better suggest a figure based on how long that supplier takes to fill orders and the orders you need to continue sales for 3-4 months (all variables that can be set). There are a couple of other simple requirements to do with the numbers, like change the colour when the units sales were at a discounted price (so allows for changes based on that) and show when the last order to the supplier was placed for fulfillment. We have a working module that we had written for an Oscommerce store which we can show the person who thinks they can handle writing this app. The finished order, can be printed or emailed ( and as an extra clincher a txt file or simlar could be created to import into Bright Pearl our CRM programme). The company/person must have had experience in extracting data from Bigcommerce and know the limitations and allowances. Have a history on writing Bigcommerce apps. We would like it turned around within 4 weeks.
