Build a 3d - Pull-up Rig Configurator tool as a browser app

I want a browser based app that will allow customers to configure a pull-up rig out of the available components. The customer must be able to connect the uprights, cross bars and attachments in a way that conforms to some basic rules for construction. In the end the customer will be able to do a 3d fly around of their finished rig. The application must also generate a bill of materials and a quote. Pricing for each component must be configurable.
