Computer Aided Dispatching Backend The aim of the project is to create a computer aided dispatching solution, the solution deals with receiving calls from customers and assign actions to executors in the field. Call takers have physical terminals connected to Avaya PBX. Once a call is answered a popup window shows the caller number and the call taker have to fill a form depending on caller requirement, other users (called dispatchers) will read requirements and assign actions to executors in the field and inform the caller about action being taken. Freelancer should work only the backend part which should work this way: 1. Connect to Avaya AES server via jtapi SDK (we’ve sample working code for that). 2. Validate user logins from web interface, backend will act as “json rpc” server, we already have a working json rpc server for qooxdoo js framework, we need only to connect to users table to check logins. Every logged in user have a login/password and extension number. When a user logs in, it will also connect to a websocket server, so the backend should act as a ws server too. When connected, ws connection will be attached to login/user/ext. number for later use (see next point). 3. Each time there is an event of call being answered by an extension number (we listen to events via jtapi and we’ve source code for that), we check which user is using that extension and will send a websocket message containing caller number. That’s all. Remarks: we’ll provide database (one table for users[login, pass, extNum]) and test server, frontend part is not part of the project too, we’re working on it internally.
