Create RDP Tablet firmware

We need someone to create a bootable disk image that can be loaded onto tablets that will connect to a windows remote desktop and nothing else, essentially locking down the tablet machine. The client would need to auto-connect to the remote desktop session on boot up and reconnect or restart if disconnected. There would have to be some admin settings available to set the remote desktop server at initial setup. We would have to be able to load drivers for the different hardware on each tablet computer, touch drivers, graphics drivers, USB ports, screen resolutions etc to make the hardware work. Also needs to be compatible to run multiple screens using the inbuilt HDMI ports on the tablets if possible. Can be based on linux or another system, open for recommendation.
