Write an Application that pulls down CSV file results from a website for a defined number of months

The purpose of this project is to create an application that interacts with one specific website URL (described within the project description attachment) that enables me to enter a single month start date and end date and then "Number of Prior Months" parameter and click submit. The program will then retrieve the CSV file returned for that first month (start date to end date) and then look for the previous months results, grab that CSV and store ALL of the results from the search criteria into a single CSV file. For example, if my start date is 6/10/2016 and my end date is 7/10/2016, and my number of months is 60, it will first grab the results for 6/10/2016 to 7/10/2016 and then loop through each of the previous 60 months doing the same and adding ALL of the results to a single CSV file 5/10/2016 to 6/10/2016 4/10/2016 to 5/10/2016 3/10/2016 to 4/10/2016 2/10/2016 to 3/10/2016 ............. etc etc All this is is a loop that reduces the start date and end date by a single month for each of the number of months listed. It returns the combined results for the entire exercise in a single CSV file (not individual files for each month). The deliverable is an application that I can use locally to run this return search. The successful bidder will be the most reasonable price with the quickest turnaround time. I can offer MANY future like-projects for the successful bidder as I have lots of need for this particular skill-set over the next 6 months. Thank you
