Write a standalone RTF editor with additional file management elements

FineSmart Application: - - Settings menu to choose what SQLite file the app is using Upon selection the app should save the new setting somewhere in the local users storage. The program should detect if the specified SQLite file exits, if not ask if the user wants to make a new one or specify a different path to a current one; in which case open a file browse window to choose the SQLite file. [SQLite is only there to keep an index of the files for the search function, if listing the files directly and searching through them is just as efficient and could handle 1000+ items then by all means ignore this SQLite section.] - Setting to add/remove RTF file directories - Search bar to search through the knowledge-base - Area to check/uncheck which file directories you want to be included in the searches. - Buttons to Check all and Uncheck all. - upon selecting an item from a search, contents will be displayed in the .rtf editor in the right pane. - If the contents has been edited and no characters have been removed/added in 5 seconds the contents should be auto-saved back to the database. Also if the user closes the application or switches to another item in the knowledge-base it should also auto save the last opened item IF it had been edited. - Display number of items found for current search query in the status bar of the program. - A button to create a new item from scratch, should popup asking for the name of the file. It should also have a drop-down of all the file directories that have been entered in the settings window, so the app knows where to create the new file. - A button to delete the selected item(s) (With confirmation popup showing how many items the user is about to delete) - A button to rename the selected item, (display error if more than one is currently selected.) the input box should have the current name already entered for easier editing.
