During my professional career I was responsible for gathering of requirements for medical software, and recently - also for programming web services and web frontend. I have a practice in health data security - one of my previous projects had to be HIPAA compliant. After quick review of your project description I identified some risks: 1. Authentication: I assumed that both services uses OAUth2. I know this protocol, but I am not sure whether the implementation is fully aligned with industrial standard. If yes - it's no problem. However, it is necessary to determine how store the API key securely. 2. API documentation. I didn't use Convenient Payments nor Greenway Health. I assumed you have access to API docs for version of your software. 3. Tests: Will access to test environment be provided? The lack of such tool could be a risk of untested software delivery. This is bad practice. 4. Deployment. Do you plan to deploy software on your local server, in cloud or maybe in your workstation? Any preferences regarding used technology or environment (e.g. Java(Spring) vs nodejs server, windows/linux etc)? 5. Functional requirements: I am not sure if I correctly understand information flow. What service is responsible for pushing data/triggering action? Implementation of (actually unknown) requirements could be source of additional costs and delay of software delivery, so I proposed dividing the project into tasks.
