Apache.htaccess Problem

I am working on an .htaccess file for a folder containing links to files of several types. I need the .htaccess file to: 1. Redirect all PDF/pdf files to a downloader php script I wrote called RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} -f RewriteRule ^(.+)\.pdf$ /[login to view URL]$1 [L,NC,QSA] 2. Force all other files types to be application/octet-stream 3. Deny access to any file with .PHP, .CGI, .PL, .HTML, .HTM in the file name Including files like: [login to view URL] I will share my .htaccess file with the winning bidder so show you what I am attempting to do. For some reason I cannot get all 3 to work in combination. Thank you!
