Apache Repair

I need a server expert to get my website virtual server back up and running. My site at http://www.bullmarketer.com. I have a virtual server account, with Plesk 7.0 cpanel. This is a bit of a crisis, and my hosting company (ipowerweb) said they cannot fix it, when asked to fix it they replied with this>>> Upon closer inspection of the server setup, this is not something we can fix. You setup your own custom apache installation, and it will now not start. That is why your site is giving that default apache page. You will need to contact a seasoned system administrator to fix the installation for you. <<<< I have no idea what they are talking about but as you can see i need it fixed. Sites been down for 3 days now. Help ASAP!
