Write an Android application -- 2

i want to create a small/free app that provides a service to the user [ create desire to d/l the app ] and advertises different aspects about my companies products. the app would need to collect user data, email addy is primary. i have no desire to be involved in any part of the development except to provide needed data, images and feedback. flexible time frame. If you can be creative, resourceful and 'think outside the box' this and other projects will be perfect.
