this project is to compose a developer guide of globalization in .net must include a comprehensive document and well constructed sample code it will be a website project and based on .net 4.0 the website functionality will include practice on how to realize globalization by using customized tag. those tag will be defined by you. you can simulate user login to get user locale. you can simulate different browser language to get different user locale, and so on. the idea is to use customized tag to realize globalization work in .net the doc will explain following parts: Formatting numbers Formatting currency values Formatting dates and timestamp values Time Zone Preferences Bi-Directional Support I have a sample guide for java developer, now I need .net version of this. please read the java version and understand the requirement. the document and the sample code have the same priority, they are both important. the website will have simple UI style
