The budget is an average and applies to each country and not all of them so place your bid but indicate which country you would like be working on.
1. You must adhere to the writing style and format of the template I am to Provide.
2. You must be good at data mining, being ready to contact/ have a team to contact local suppliers/consultants for data that must be included.
3. You must include in the provided format and information all data and tables as requested without claiming that the data is unavailable.
4. Must have competitive analytical skills capable of making accurate estimation and prediction from a bunch of raw data.
5. Must have and provide a 24/7 cellphone contact during the entire project.
6. Must be capable of working round the clock if need be to provide the timely turnout period of 1 week/ 7 days. All drafts will be reviewed in reference to the original templates provided to check for professionalism , quality and level of detail. Other than the first week, you will have 5 more days after your draft is reviewed to address and correct any suggested changes and pointers to meet up to our standards.
7. Must have enough resources to pull this through: while we will create milestones after project inception, we will not release any money till the report is reviewed, adjusted and reviewed with our quality control team.
NB: We are double contracting this project to avoid people who manipulate figures and facts thus only diligent people should bid.
