Payout is Canadian Dollar $30 per appointment & an additional Canadian Dollar $30 if this appointment is converted into a sale. Minimum 5 Seats. ***Only serious centers capable to start Immediately should bid*** Agent will call the phone number mentioned in the lead set and will try to talk to the Right party (either the name mentioned in the lead set or the home owner.) Once the right party comes online, Agent will initiate the script and will use all the necessary soft skills to convince the customer to fix date and time of appointment with one of the representatives of RBC at his own place for a brief presentation. Once it is done, all the necessary details in the CRM must be filled. Once the call is over, agent will save the CRM and will open a new one. Once the shift is over, Center has to send all the leads (appointments) with CRM and Voice recordings. You will be paid on all the leads converted into successful presentations (CAD $30) and finally into the closed business (CAD $30).
