'Comfort Food? of the? World' should be an introduction to different cuisines around the world.
The idea is having a collection of 'family recipes' - the sort of recipe that is passed down through the generations. The preface of each recipe could be a brief description of the country its from, and its traditions.
An alternative title could be 'My Grandmother's Recipes'.
Countries to include are UK, USA, France, Italy, Australia, China, Japan, Germany, Spain, for starters.
The text should be the history, the actual recipe (and possible variations) and preferably a picture or diagram.
The book is a combination of recipes and history/traditions.
