convert formulas and text in a PDF file to WORD format

I have a 60 page PDF file with lots of text and lots of math formulas. I need this document converted to WORD. If you have a converter program it should take seconds to do. On the other hand, if you are willing, you could simply retype the formulas using Word's equation editor. Either way, I need this document reproduced in Word, manually or by automatic means.
