Build Website Templates

I need help with building carpet cleaning website templates. I would like to get in touch with a coder that can supply me with 20 html templates. I’ll supply a file with around 100 photos and I would like to get templates with original headers. I’ll supply more details to the chosen coder (size, preferred layout…) I’m planning to build around 100 websites in the next few month (carpet cleaning industry) so this project is kind of a beta one. If the chosen coder will be able to supply quality work, I’ll hire him\her again for bigger project. Please provide samples of your work. Thank you.
