Add watermark and start and end graphics to 50 videos

We have 50 videos in WMV format (around 15mb). Things to do; Download all WMV files from our ftp. 1) Hiss reduction of audio. We need the audio hiss reducing as it was recorded using a microphone with a lot of hiss. This is obviously a simple fix. 2) We want our logo put on the bottom right of the videos 3) We have a graphic to put at the start and the end of the videos. It is basically our logo with our web-site. It should fade out of this into the video and then at the end fade out into this. 4) Upload the videos straight to youtube.
