Demo software

Hi I need flash demo ( or any program to make video ) I need demo for my project, it's talk abut command center in battlefield (war). The main Idia in my program is follow Military Battalion or brigade on map and send to them information abut place of enemy and any attack from enemy and Rounding (zoom) on map for movements of the enemy And it is detected( know that ) by radar systems and Intelligence Map can identify friendly forces by color green or any form indicates that it friendly forces And identify enemy forces by color red or any form indicates it is the enemy forces Also don't use map of cities . I need before 3 November
