Animated video

This Job is not only to create a video for me, but to create video for other customers. these jobs would pay 650.00 to 1700.00 dollars each. So I am also looking for someone who has experience in animation. I am willing to pay 250.00 for this project. I am looking for someone to create a video that has some feel to the video [login to view URL] I understand that creating a video of that caliber would take a lot and so I am willing to make some compromise. I have found a character that could be used and I would pay for any character cost of purchasing the character and background etc... Just to let you know I am looking to add video selling to my business the creation of animated videos. I would pay between 650 and 1700 for each paying customers. As it relates to this project. This is to get me in my started in my business start up, but also to use as a sample to the customers to show what we are capable of. As I communicated, this is a character-based video. I have searched and found a character and backgrounds that you could use. I would purchase these backgrounds and characters and you would just have to make them work. with music background etc...
