Create piano tutorials on popular piano songs

Hi I'm looking for someone to create training videos on popular piano songs, both classic hits and songs that are in the top 40 etc. (such as the latest lady gaga, beyonce, adele etc.) The videos need to be 20 - 40 minutes long depending on the complexity of the song and cater to beginner players. You need to be very good at piano, have experience teaching, have a good video camera, and the ability to record and produce the lessons into a finished video format. I've created this job as an hourly rate because if I find the right person this will be an ongoing job with at least one new tutorial video to be created each week. Please let me know your experience playing and teaching piano, any videos that you have of you playing and teaching, and the details of how you could arrange and record the lessons. Also can you give me an approximate price of what you think it would cost for each song tutorial.
