We require 1 (one) company introduction video. 1) Objectives - To give a glance over our service to prospects, current clients and staff. - To attract prospects visiting our booth to find out more about the company and services. The end game is to facilitate sales. - Video will be posted in various medium and used in number events/occasions. 2) Project Requirements - Flash/ After Effect animation Please refer to the following links for visual reference: [login to view URL];ob=5 [login to view URL];feature=related - Native English speaking male voice-over required (we may provide the VO talent, need you to do the mixing & production work) - Optimized for streaming without interruptions to most common broadband speeds - Youtube ready 3) Duration 150 seconds 4) Usage/Channels - Online (include but not limited to Company website, YouTube) - Events & Conferences (on TV screen/overhead projector/computer) - Client and prospect meetings 5) Deliverables - Present storyboard (concept + art direction + illustration/references) - Present rough cut for approval prior to final editing/cut - Present background music/voice-over sample for approval - Allow up to 3 revisions - Final video clip(s) must meet the channel requirements - Provide editable working file for future modification - Provide all source files, final files and used materials upon project completion 6) Content - Creative brief, copy and mandatory elements will be provided to winning bidder 7) Project Completion Date - Final file ready by 1st week of July 2011 8) Cost TBC 9) Your suggestions - We are open to any professional suggestions like types of video, file format, resolution Note: - Welcome bidder from any country as long as we can communicate in English
