Create a Video in GoAnimate

I need someone to create a short 2 minute animated video in GoAnimate or something similar. If youve used it before, its a simple drag and drop platform to create animated videos. Its for my business. We give out loans against the title of the customers car. No hassle, no questions asked, minimum requisites, we dont ask for bank statements, incomes, or nothing. Authorization is in less than 2 hours. Id like the video to portray a situation where somebody needs money, and the video shows how simple the steps are. the text needs to be in spanish, but i we can edit that at the end and I can translate the text.
