Create a Video Powtoon or similiar

Project Description: Hello! I need someone who can create a video presentation (approximately 3 minutes). We have the complete script that we want to be able to use. We may also be able to provide the voice over. We need someone creative that can help us create the drawings, and produce the final video using sparkol or powtoon. It needs to be animated with sound effects, etc.. REQUIREMENTS: - Please send sample of previous work. - If you don't have any previous sample, please create 5-10 seconds and send it so we can evaluate - No candidates will be accepted without a sample. I am also looking for someone to assist with several future projects. Thank you!!
