I need to create a video to explain how to take measurement of body parts like neck, sleeves, waist, bust etc. for custom dress for women for Indian ethnic wear. I need animated video that explains how to take measurement of each body parts. Probably need a animated women and a ruler/measurement table going around and explaining where to hold the tape for each body part and how to take exact measurement. I completely understand your project. I would give you a 3D woman in a western dress who would take measurements of each body part using a ruler. The text would appear everytime she points at a particular point that you would identify as needing to be measured. I can give you sample 3d images of the woman before you award this project to someone. So if you do not like the woman in 3D, you don't pay anything. If you do, then you award me the project and I would give you 1080p video as .mov/mp4/avi
