Access database needs finishing

I have built an access db, but it needs to be completed by someone with knowledge of reports and queries. The basics are in place, such as tables and forms. 1. This is a people db, and we need to be able to search by any number of variables (ie. height, weight, hair color, age etc) and output to a report a photograph and these variables. 2. Every record in the db has a unique photograph. The problem is when the image is added, access jumps back to record 1 (my research on google tells me I need some sort of bookmark to stop this from happening) I have attached a sample report and the zipped db
