Conference functionality in SoftSwitch(repost)

We are developing application that uses FreeSwitch. In our application we need the following functionality. While conference is on (A & B are in conference) any of them can call to C by pressing # and phone number of C. The worker has to write 20-30 lines of code that enable to join user C to our conference
