create random PDD and IVR from incoming calls

Hello, We have asterisk and we have incoming calls to the server. Calls coming to the servers connects to pre recorded message. Project: Problem is, calls connecting without PDD. Calls connecting with 0 Sec PDD on all incoming calls. We need to change this. We need calls connect to the IVR but with Random PDD. Example: Call one >>> 2.3 Sec PDD before connecting to the IVR Call two >>> 5.6 Sec PDD before connecting to the IVR Call three >>> 32*.3 PDD before connecting to the IVR If you are able to make this happen, please bid .
