Clickbank Expert Required to publish an ebook

I have an ebook that I need posting on Clickbank so affiliates can promote for me. I don't have the time to learn all the details of Clickbank, so I'm searching for a Clickbank expert who can post my project quickly and swiftly (that is, within the next week). I already have a Clickbank account which I will supply to the winning bidder. What needs to be done: • The ebook needs to be posted up on Clickbank for approval by Clickbank. • Once approved, I need my ebook's pitch page, thank you page and ebook all loaded up into Clickbank. • I have One Time Offer Pages available too, so I need advice as to whether these pages can also be loaded up and linked to the original pitch page. • This needs to be set up in a way so affiliates can join, get their unique ID and start promoting for me. **** I also need a set of instructions clearly written out in a Word Document to give to my affiliates so they can easily join Clickbank, get their unique ID and start promoting.
