Client Certificate Required

I need some expert who have a great knowledge of TLS1.1 and certification. I am a data scraping expert , I have to automate a process . A mobile app needs to be automated, it consists of a client certificate which connects to a secure web service. I have managed to pull the certificate out of the mobile app using wireshark. but I guess the certificate comes with a private key which i dont have. A vague expectation from .net is : "Could not create ssl/tls connection". Remember I dont own the server nor do I have any access to it. Plus anyone with a good knowledge can ping me for the certificate and url so that you can get a better idea.(I dont need code just need some one who can manage to get me the working certificate).
