collect email from small businesses around a specific location + email them an email based on a template

Hello, Im looking for someone to scrape emails from local businesses in my area, then send an email template to these from a specific email address then I can recieve the replies. I will say locations and types of businesses that I require the contact information. This should be a reletivley small and simple job for someone so no stupid bids please. thanks.
