Configure Network on VM Server and add subnets !

Ok guys i want to start business with VPS ! I rent Dedicated server and i buy two subnet's each one has 9 IP address ! Now i want to create VPS's on VM Server , all my VPS's will be with Windows OS ! So i need some expert to configure network and to add that two subnet's on my VM Server and to set up on every VPS different IP address so that my clinet's can connect to there VPS via remote desktop connection ! So basic you need to show me how to do that and to setup that , we can do this via Team Viewer ! I will pay $50 via moneybookers for this job or $40 via Alertpay ! your choice !
