affiliate widgets are not being adjust in pages

i have a adult affiliate site i have put some widgets from redtube and pronebros when i add more then 3 widgets of small sizes they merge and only 1 video from widget works other codes do not open i need some one to fix this error i need fast and talented person how can give me result in few hours as i see that is not a big deal i think page resizing may solve issue and i have limited budget for this
