Affliate website needed - repost

Hello, We need site with following facility: my client will buy affilaite website from me for monthly fixed fee. i should be able to create new website acxoding to my clients requirement. how my client will make money? since it is an affilaite website visitors on my clients website clicks a product which will divert to the affiliates make site and if that cisitor buys that product my client will get certain commission which depends on that affliate commision policy. Main idea is similiar to [login to view URL] which is an affiliate site. Please go through the site carefully as we need each and every thing similar.
